What is UX?
User Experience (UX) is the quality of experience that a person has when interacting with a specific design (product, system or service).

Why is it relevant?
We live in a world where the border between products and surroundings is blurred and services represent between 60% & 70 % of GDP of most of the industrialized nations.
No matter what product/service we consider, today's customers are active participants and in many cases co-protagonists. Today, the whole experience - before, during or after the actual "selling" - counts.
In this new world, every company, whether it likes it or not, becomes first and foremost a service provider. The unfinished relation between the offers and the public, is played through numerous “touch points” (digital, physical, mixed), raising the relevance of the design of touch point as a critical aspect of every business.
